Wednesdays 17:00 Qigong, Kumsal Park, Nicosia**

Mondays 18:30 Tai Chi, Home for Cooperation, Nicosia (starts on 27 October)

* Starting time will change to 09:00 from 28 October onwards.

** Starting time will change to 16:00 from 29 October onwards.

Classes last one hour and are suitable for all levels.​​​​

Fee is €10 or 500 TL per class. Online class bundle is €32 for 4 online classes.

There is also a weekly Dao Meeting in Turkish.

• Cyprus / Online Qigong classes: Standing Tree (Zhan Zhuang) Qigong, Eye Brightening Qigong, Eight Brocades (Baduanjin), Daoyin Qigong, Six Healing Sounds, Central Channel Qigong.​
